Welcome to the Story Library Submission Form

We believe stories are one of the most powerful ways God moves in and through our church family. This form exists to help us capture and organize those stories—whether they’re big or small—so they can be celebrated, shared, and used to inspire faith across our North Metro Church community.

Use this form to document moments of life change, service, salvation, breakthrough, generosity, and more. Each submission helps us build a searchable library of real-life testimonies that can be referenced in worship services, teaching moments, giving campaigns, social media, and staff encouragement.
