I authorize the release of the information contained in this application to any ministry at North Metro Church in which I seek a position (volunteer or compensated). In consideration of the receipt and evaluation of this application by North Metro Church, I hereby release any individual, church, youth organization, charity, employer, reference, or any other person or organization, including record custodians, both collectively and individually, from any and all liability of damages of whatever kind or nature which may result at any time. Classroom Team Member (Serves twice a month, for one service.)

Please select one of the Classroom Team Member positions from the drop-down list if you wish to teach children about Jesus in a classroom setting. If you have no preference or are interested in more than one area, select No Preference. The Coordinator will contact you to confirm the best fit for you and the ministry.

Production Team Member (Serves once a month, for both services.)

Please select one of the Production Team Member positions from the drop-down list below if you want to facilitate worship and teaching in a Large Group setting. We have three Large Group Environments--Preschool, K-3, and 4th-5th grade (4|5). If you have no preference or are interested in more than one area, select No Preference. The Coordinator will contact you to confirm the best fit for you and the ministry.

Check-In Desk Team Member (Serves once a month, for both services.)

Select Check-In Team if you want to help us welcome families to NMC Kids Ministry. Check-In Team members welcome new families, register the children into the correct classrooms, and provide a brief overview and tour of NMC Kids while escorting them to the classrooms and then to the auditorium.

Security Team Member (Serves once a month, for both services.)

Select Security if you want to help provide a secure and safe environment to NMC Kids.
